Ranked LP suggestion

is it possible for riot to give LP to players?If thats the case there should be a system where when players who are trolls,rage quiters or people who feed a massive ton cause they quit playing,those affected players by these trolls,rage quiters or feeders who just gave up and fed the other team get some LP back as in a way to help climb back and prevent like tilt to other games as i seen this in a lot of bronze and sliver games where people get tilted after these games as they lost LP cause of a troll or feeder.idk if this is possible but if it is possible it helps the players a lot
