I was playing today, and there was a team fight where I died, but I don't exactly know how. I thought, "it would be really nice to know what just happened or where I went wrong."
My proposal is that Riot games add an instant replay option/button located next to the death statistics. This button would pop up a window giving the video replay (something along those lines).

q O y O p1 votesThere is a 3rd party app that is seemingly Riot Approved that allows you instant replays. Sneaky (www.twitch.tv/c9sneaky) uses it quite often. I dont recall the name.
Plus, I would want in-client voice comms over instant replays any day. Especially with Dynamic Q!
