Nothing says balanced more than spiking at tear while also getting to do high burst damage when building frozen heart. It sure is fun being subject to the same trading pattern every single time I see him

If I stand in the wave he just eq's and chunks me

If I stand away he pokes me anyways

If I push him in he clears the wave in a split second

If I get pushed in he will keep that shit pushed in

If I hurt him he heals with ravenous Hunter

There are way to many advantages ryze has early to mid game despite being a supposed late game scaling champ

Jesus Christ this champ angers me like holy crap I don't have enough champion bans for this season
