Some Changes to League

As fun as the league is, it's missing something, an element of chaos or more like unexpected buff or nerfs. For example, we can add a random new buff to red that appears after 20 min. of the game and it can be 1 of 3 buff's that it can give alongside its usual buff. The thing is the player won't know what is the buff until he kills the red. and every time he respawns it's a different buff. For example, after you kill him for the first time after 20 min. it gives you the ability to burn someone if he attacks you, something like a Sunfire Cape but a little more powerful. Or if this isn't something that you guys think should be in the game, here is a different idea. After you kill an elemental drake it gives a buff to the scuttle crab. Example: Earth drake - gives 50% dmg reduction to the scuttle crab, but once you kill him the circle gives you the movent speed buff and 10% bonus armor & MR for the same duration as the speed buff. Fire drake - gives Sunfire Cape ability to scuttle, and the circle gives 1% true DMG burn per current HP for 2 sec on auto attacks & ability for the same duration as speed buff. Water drake - gives scuttle HP regen during the fight making him harder to kill but the circle gives you 10% faster and bigger HP & mana regen for the same time as the speed buff duration. Wind drake - gives scuttle increasing movement speed making him harder to catch, but the circle gives 15% resistance to movement speed debuffs, like a slow movement from rylai's crystal scepter.

And it doesn't matter which team killed the drake the scuttle will still get the ability and whoever gets scuttle he gets this buffs. Now scuttle will changes buff's after he respawns and will only have 1 buff, but after the Elder Dragon is killed, the scuttle will receive all buff's at once and will affect the entire downside river (except vision). For the top side scuttle, we can give him the ability to actually attack back & the circle will give a no stun area or 50% stun time (or something else I don't know) if the Herald is killed. If Herald wasn't killed then no buff at all will be given to scuttle. When Baron is killed, scuttle will do higher DMG and poison his attackers, and the circle is going to affect the entire top side river without any special buff's.
