When does ranked go down?

Midnight PDT on the 11th. Check your timezone and make sure you aren't in a game as the 10th comes to an end :3

IT will be shut down the 10th of November, then they will begin to give out Ranked Rewards and will be up i believe the 11th. (said 12 hours of downtime)
