Caitlyn's W should have a delay

Caitlyn can currently drop a trap under CC'd champs and instantly punish. A delay between placement and proc would balance her in my opinion.

There is delay between placement and proc, about 0.5 sec before the trap arms. Its not listed as delay in the ability but it is there. Take Cait in practice tool and place traps, they start closed and there is a small animation of them opening that has to complete before anyone will get caught. In order "insta trap" as you say, it has to be relatively hard CC in the first place, and the whole point of hard CC is to lock someone down to land more abilities on them. Getting trapped during hard CC is not a cait issue, its just the goal of CC.

Dropping a trap under whatever isn't even that bad. There's a lot of trap mechanics that work like that. Main reason they gotta nerf the arm time is because it's fast enough that she can use it as a peeling tool. Long range champion that has a mobility spell shouldn't be able to also use traps to self peel.
