How do I rank up by solocarrying when I main adc?

I have nodised that its impassable to relay on teamwork in low elo So I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me on how to solocarry games? Also if there is a passabilaty of reaching from silver 5 to gold 5 befoure the season ends when im gaining about 12 lp per game and loosing 20+?
