Jhin and Graves reloading

First off, I think this mechanic is pretty fun. You have to decide when to fight due to the ammo restrictions. But if you're down on rounds, I think you should be able to force a reload to refresh your ammo count. I know Graves gets a shot back if you haven't fired in a certain time frame. Jhin has nothing of the sorts. If one of these champions are being chased and Graves has 1 shot or Jhin has 2 for instance, they cant really turn and fight if they're low due to not having the ammo
