I’m assuming you are referring to the game where you played as Quinn right?
He had a BotRK and a fully charged Manamune, and iceborne gauntlets at <14 minutes. That, my friend, tells me he was fed early enough to build at least one of those three items, perhaps two, and proceed to do what any champion would do if fed early- dominate the game.
