Teleport needs changes
I just played a game top as Irelia vs Panth. i went aggressive lvl 1, as irelia's do, i get first blood and survive with less than 100hp. Then befor i kill a minion he is
back to lane and i go recall and heal. He then freezes his wave right next to his tower and farms. by the time i get back to lane he has a 2 almost 3 lvl advantage due to the rapid experience growth at such low lvls. I then was unable to even farm, standing in range to gain experience was liable to get me killed -_-. How is it fair that after a successful first blood i am so overwhelmingly behind. Clearly Being able to
back lane so early in the game is solely the source of this issue. Maybe puting a minimum time befor your able to cast
for the first time, similar to how ward trinkets first functioned when they were released
