Does lethality Draven work?
Seems I'm either hot or cold with Draven. Either it's complete domination or I do no damage. I've never tried lethality or a lethality hybrid. Has anyone done this and does it work?

It is a thing yes.
I don't think any build makes him more consistent/reliable because it all depends on getting those big gold payouts from his passive right?
Back in s7, the #1 draven player was using a full blown lethality rune page, sure your less than lvl 6 is gonna be very miserable, but it really gets rolling in popping off after basically blowing up their squishy adc with 2 autos sending em back. Hmm Idk about it working now in s8, I think they struggling with him as there are better less frustrating options.
