[Serious] @Riot, does the new champ select give priority for roles to solo players?

Curious if it does or not. I'm NOT here to hate on dynamic nor do I want people to come here whining about it, there are plenty of threads for that.

If not, is there a reason why it doesn't? I'd really like to understand how the roles are figured out, I know the algorithm for selecting players must be complicated especially because of mmr and number of players requesting/not requesting a role.

Does/would role priority for solo players help the system?

And to wrap up this post, If it does/will Riot should totally tell the community, it would generate at least some positive feedback from the solo player community.
