Seriously though, who can counter Darius this patch? I've been rolling through my top lane champ pool and nothing seems to work. Someone help bring balance to the Rift.

Darius probably won't ever proc his Q heal against a good Fiora and his tanky base stats are nothing to her % true dmg.

Well, Riven can, but you need to pull it off perfectly. Fiora is skill match up. Yorick and Cho‘Gath actually counter him. Just some thoughts

only know this because so guy went darius mid and i had no problem eating him up mid to late game.

Not useful in laning, but I find kite mages to be great against Darius. Lux, Ahri, Karma, Zyra, Anivia, Vel'Koz... I love facing Darius as Vel. Because of Q's weird skillshot angle, you should be able to hit him even if he sidesteps, and if he gets close, you also have E. Throw Ws behind you as he chases, and after he eats a couple passive true damage procs, he'll stop chasing.
Also Vel has the added benefit of messing up 
momentum with his heavy slow.
easiest way to make a Darius player hate life
that stupid dash makes it extremely difficult for Darius to apply stacks, and Tryndamere ult negates entirety of Darius's burst
rush mana and stay back and spam the cheese wheels, Darius has no way of responding to this poke especially with the move speed drain
usually doesn't top but he will destroy Darius early game
Will go even with Darius (partly because of how similar they are) but that silence really cripples Darius because he has a very short window of time to pull his combo
post rework this is really a skill matchup. Darius will never land his heal on a good Riven because she jumps around too much and her level 6 combo can be finished before Darius can get 5 stacks, and he's too slow to escape it
Other than that, most traditional mages will fuck him up. Make sure you know what you're getting into before you take a midlaner top because they are very different lanes, but mages like 
will make Darius miserable as long as you dont get ganked
140k mastery with Darius so I like to think I know a little about matchups, but keep in mind Darius is getting nerfed hard tommorow
Well played Vladimir can kite Darius for eternity. You have to bait out and juke his apprehend, after that, you've got plenty of time for free harass. If he grabs you, you've got your pool. Rush Rylai, after you finish building it, he won't get any chance at getting close to you. There's also Gnar, who is obvious counter as he doesn't need items like Vlad to easily kite his enemies. Basically, when playing Vlad, I didn't have problems at beating old Darius, the new one shouldn't be a problem too, nothing has changed much when it comes to fighting Darius with ranged champs.
Pantheon is a matchup ive yet to not feed on with new darius, its abysmal. Hes also bad against fizz, Lucian, zilean , Xin Xhao, (Good) lee sins, renketon, Riven, vayne, Irelia and FIora(who doesn't have bad matchups at all pls nerf) If youre really good at GP and you don't get ur shit camped off by the other jungler you can also make him want to uninstall the game with your insane true damage and barrels.

Just about anyone ranged. I mained Darius since right at when he came out. And this juggernaut bs made him stupid broken so I don't play him much. But only people able to hold there ground so far without feeding me heavily are
