Seriously though, who can counter Darius this patch? I've been rolling through my top lane champ pool and nothing seems to work. Someone help bring balance to the Rift.

Darius probably won't ever proc his Q heal against a good Fiora and his tanky base stats are nothing to her % true dmg.

TSM xFadeKiro1 votesWhen I challenge a Darius I usually make him waste his pull since its on a higher cooldown. And if you see him Q and he has wasted his pull run into him. If the hilt of his axe hits you he doesn't heal nor do you get a Hemorrhage stack.

Masked Lunatic1 votesin a fight between the two tahm becomes more powerful quicker (with slow / stun on q and w), not to mention tahm can range devour a minion and spit it at darius for poke. Tahm's e gives him strong trading potential too.
Though the matchup relies on tahm building just as tank as darius is.

How can Cho'Gath counter Darius? It's even easier for Darius now to beat Cho, as he actually has sustain.

Because of Q's weird skillshot angle, you should be able to hit him even if he sidesteps, and if he gets close, you also have E. Throw Ws behind you as he chases, and after he eats a couple passive true damage procs, he'll stop chasing.
Also Vel has the added benefit of messing up 
momentum with his heavy slow.

She is pretty useful against all juggernauts, and she can beat all assassins except LeBlanc.
Lulu's only counters tend to be champions that either 1) can heal all of her damage and harass, ex: Vladimir 2) can outrange her, ex: Syndra, Xerath

that stupid dash makes it extremely difficult for Darius to apply stacks, and Tryndamere ult negates entirety of Darius's burst
rush mana and stay back and spam the cheese wheels, Darius has no way of responding to this poke especially with the move speed drain
usually doesn't top but he will destroy Darius early game
Will go even with Darius (partly because of how similar they are) but that silence really cripples Darius because he has a very short window of time to pull his combo
post rework this is really a skill matchup. Darius will never land his heal on a good Riven because she jumps around too much and her level 6 combo can be finished before Darius can get 5 stacks, and he's too slow to escape it
Other than that, most traditional mages will fuck him up. Make sure you know what you're getting into before you take a midlaner top because they are very different lanes, but mages like 
will make Darius miserable as long as you dont get ganked

I picked up Jayce again since Garen is permabanned and he seems able to deal with all the champions I would pick Garen for. Problem is unlike Kayle, Jayce can really screw over his team comp since he's normally a squishy ranged poker. Kayle can be a front line fighter if she ults herself. Are there any bruiser builds that work on Jayce?

A triforce with sunfire and banshee's can make him decently durable, plus boots of course. Black cleaver and frozen mallet are also good options of course.

I just feel like he'd suck and is an overall lousy pick in that case. Should you max his E 2nd opposed to W like people normally do now?
Count Zubat1 votesWell played Vladimir can kite Darius for eternity. You have to bait out and juke his apprehend, after that, you've got plenty of time for free harass. If he grabs you, you've got your pool. Rush Rylai, after you finish building it, he won't get any chance at getting close to you. There's also Gnar, who is obvious counter as he doesn't need items like Vlad to easily kite his enemies. Basically, when playing Vlad, I didn't have problems at beating old Darius, the new one shouldn't be a problem too, nothing has changed much when it comes to fighting Darius with ranged champs.

Hes also bad against fizz, Lucian, zilean , Xin Xhao, (Good) lee sins, renketon, Riven, vayne, Irelia and FIora(who doesn't have bad matchups at all pls nerf) If youre really good at GP and you don't get ur shit camped off by the other jungler you can also make him want to uninstall the game with your insane true damage and barrels.
