Leblanc is officially dead after this patch

Ive been maining leblanc since the assassin rework, and ive loved playing her since them. However I think its safe to say that 7.5 has officially killed leblanc. Theres no point in maxing w now, and its also the worst ability in her kit. Its only use is during early laning phase because of the marks on the minions. Now that it does literally no damage you have to max it last, but that effects her whole entire play style. Maxing it last literally makes you have to decide when you want to use the w because once you use it you're screwed. you can get easily all-ined by an opposing champ unless you have mimic and you dash away from harm. Aside from that leblancs w is absolutely useless. Leblanc is back to being the old leblanc but less damage. Shes not even worth picking anymore. RIP to my favorite champ,i it was fun while it lasted

As long as LB's chains remain the way they are, she'll be alive and broken no matter what.

She still 2 shots carries off of the E connect, and the proc with sigil.

Not...really...that is a pretty poor assessment to make given how the chains work. As it stands, Leblan relied on her W being maxed first because of how it helped cover some of her weaknesses, namely her squishyness. It also meant she could chase a champ to assassinate, which is her primary role as a primarily single target based champion. The nerf on her W not only significantly impacts her overall damage, but also means in terms of gameplay, she'll lack mobility necessary for an assassin. At the same time, its difficult to say what can be altered on Leblanc.

Except the W damage isn't needed half the time.

About 90% of the leblancs I see use their W to clear the wave just so they can land ER and instagib the squishy, or to get around the wave.

W is a good tool for flanking and escape, and there is nothing in this patch update that changes that. Idk how the damage nerf affects her mobility gameplay. She doesn't need to land her W (she rarely does due to the risk it brings), she just needs to land her chains, and MAYBE get her Q off. If you're chasing something with WR they're most likely dead regardless if you really find chasing them that worth it.

If this was old LB where her W Q damage is the core part of her output, then yea its major, but this rework is more focus on her power in her E due to the new passive interaction with her chains, which makes no sense why they're targeting other parts of her kit when those part are just bonuses compared to everything else.

Damage is a side effect, but maxing W first also helped to reduce the cooldown which is the primary component most are concerned over.

I'm not saying she has to be top tier, but having a 60-65 percent nerf on one ability is a bit extreme. if you don't hit the double chains your pretty much dead in team fights.

Its laughable that you guys think that leblanc can just w in to an adc and pop him with E and sigil. The E takes time to proc the sigil. In that time youre dead. Youre so damn squishy its hilarious. We no longer get fed due to the lack of damage on not only the nerf to her W but also her Ult!

You can now no longer 1 shot anyone as lb, getting fed is nigh impossible because everyone knows that they can all in you at any point in the game and come out on top.

I get that she was full OP before and i guess the reasons behind rito nerfing her into trash tier is purely because they werent able to balance her, So stick her with urgot and be done with it.
