item stacking

ok so this has been bugging me for awhile now I was just wondering if the hextech gunblade and deaths dance healing passives stack since they are essentially different unique passives but they do the same thing

I believe if they have different names, they stack. If they have the same name, they do not stack. If the unique passive doesn't have a name, I believe that it won't stack if you buy the same item, but will stack otherwise. That's what I remember anyway.

Pretty sure it was Unique's with Names can't be stacked at all

ie Trinity Force & Lich Banes - Spellblade

and Unique's without names can be stacked via different items but you can't stack two of the same item with a unique passive

ie 2 Blood Thirsters
