If your champion can use 
and he picks after you its a solid choice to counter his ulti. If he has first picked Point and click hard cc help deal with him and his mobility and keep him off priority targets. Also the ability to farm safely out of his Q range or zone and punish him if he used a shadow clone into Q to poke.
