Extremely High Ping in Game Only

Hello there, I apologise if this is the wrong place to put this post, but I've been having issues that make the game unplayable for me lately. My computer works fine until the League game is open, then I immediately go up to 6,000 ping or higher, which goes back down once I tab out. I will disconnect at random times during these moments. I have been unable to play out a full game since this has been happening. Please help and thank you.

My drivers are updated, Microsoft Kernel is disabled, and my antivirus isn't the issue. :(
