Should League Of Legends have Queues Permanently for game modes like URF, ONE FOR ALL, HEXAKILL?

urf is by far the most enjoyable game mode i have ever played in league of legends in the past 2 years, and its so much fun to just play random champions and be able to spam everything and have fun with it, this game-mode is something that i love spamming and playing all the time. i feel as that if we get enough people to vote for this and have it sent to riot they can see that we as players who pay for champions, and skins, and basically to play, should have more game modes, than just ARAM and normal summoners rift. I really do hope something can come of this, as it would give us as a community more options to play with, and have more to enjoy the game with, especially when some of us get tilted on normal's or ranked its always fun to go and play a side game-mode.

Edit : if u answer no, please explain why, how could this possibly effect league it would make the game more diverse, and give us more options.

URF would lose its fun if it was permanently available. Remember looking forward to your birthday as a kid? Well it would lose all its hype if it was everyday. Same goes for URF. Its super fun and awesome! But it would lose its special-ness if it was always available.

Considering Riot barely supports its existing non-SR game modes, adding more permanent queues would just make the problem worse. They'd likely suffer from the same issue as Dominion, where the game mode becomes unpopular because Riot doesn't support it, and Riot doesn't support it because the game mode is unpopular.

There's also the concern that some game modes would overlap other modes in either target audience or style of gameplay. As a result, one or more modes would be overshadowed, neglected, and forgotten. For instance, you completely forgot about Twisted Treeline being a third option right now.
