Poll: Is Twitch overpowered, especially in combination with Thresh.

I am specifically raising the issue with Twitch's range vs attack speed vs damage as base stats. When in combination with thresh and that character's range to pull players out from and out of the safety of turret range's optimal distance is absolutely impossible to counter.

What are your views?
