Kled is some of the most fun I've had in the jungle out of any champion, the only annoyance is having to either steal farm or back to get my lizard after a gank. I would like to see item 3715 or item 3706 generate courage (or even after enchantment), this puts a gold barrier and discourages laners from taking summoner 11 while also allowing Kled to be self-sustaining as a jungle. I love Kled's jungle rhythm and just want to see this one speedbump dealt with in a way that makes summoner 11 not cost-effective to a top-laner while also making the Kled Jungle meme a bit more real. The gold barrier would also be a de-facto gate that encourages good jungle behavior. I disregard Kled Jungle haters but would like to know if this would be a good solution to his Jungle pacing or if there is something better.

What are you talking about? Kled can't steal farm. ALL farm is his farm. Honestly, the other players are lucky you don't come into lane to claim it more often.

I would love to see this happen. Just a simple change that allows him to regain Skaarl in the jungle is all he needs. I think what you suggested is the best way to execute it, making kled gain courage from killing jungle monsters if he has a jungle item.

I would love it if at the very least hitting large monsters, or getting some courage on camp kills would be added. I play Kled often, and in season 7 got plat using him mainly in the jungle. Small QOL update like that would make him a lot more satisfying to play.

Jokes aside. As a Kled main this would be a great benefit for him in jungle but this should only generate courage on the main big monster of each camp, Each point of courage should be the same as you get from attacking dragon/herald/baron.

Attacking the small monsters shouldn't count. There needs to be a weakness for kled jungle otherwise he'll be too easy to use against smart jungle mains and his allies who will catch on that they should deny him big monsters. But this will likely happen in 8/10 games since alot of people even enemy junglers always follow a certain path.

I've been playing alot of Kled games in normal draft and normal blinds and mostly been doing jungle. In the hands of a main you can get first blood by solo invading after red buff and never lose skaarl. He is very good at chasing enemy junglers early game and gains true sight on them.

Runes/Masteries

Press the attack, Triumph, Bloodline, Coup De Grace. Magical Footwear, Biscuit Delivery.

Reason I use these runes is to stay healthy in jungle, I can duel against anyone in the jungle, I save 300 gold by getting boots but even faster than regular boots, biscuits will give you even more regeneration since Kled doesn't have mana. When I invade and start fights I mostly get ally mid or sometimes supports help me during the fight so if i Kill or assist in any kills I'll regain some hp and courage back anyway.

If your courage is high enough (75% to 95%) but you know the dragon or baron is warded and don't want to risk getting it stolen but you want your lizard back so you can continue farming for more gold. You can just attack that then dash away so you can get farm also later in the game losing some kled hp for courage to gain skaarl isn't that bad and when skaarl's hp is full, kled will regen his hp.

Item build is always adaptive. Just don't buy hp scaling items like item 3190 or item 1401 as riot intentionally doesn't want kled to abuse this because of his high hp.

Ironicly this is okay for riot on, Cho'gath. XD.

iirc the reason kled doesnt get skarrl in the jungle is explicitly because riot doesnt want him to jungle, as he would be far to effective.

Didn't Riot remove courage gain from jungle mobs because they didn't want him to be a jungler?

ive seen people to play kled jungle to mid high dia, don't really think he needs this to be viable and it could push him over the edge.

Recovering courage only with enemy minions has no sense; it's arbitrary.

Kled was designed as a top laner because his roaming kit and 2 health bars would make him oppressive as all fuck in jg. Gnar has his rage passive that prevents him from effectively jungling, not to mention all of his nerfs Kled is still strong in 1v1 and it's all about that right now

I'd rather have Small Monsters give 10 Courage instead of the usual 4 and Large Monsters 20 Courage (the same as a champion) instead of the usual 4 upon death.

I don't like adding ways to generate a unique resource that only applies to one champion through items.
