IDEA: Shift Power from Cait's Basic Abilities and Passive to Her Ultimate

Maybe rework her ultimate because and burst is gated by their short range and ults. If any burst champions want to burst then they are easily within her huge range. Additionally her damage is undodgeable unless you're , , or .

It's pretty frustrating to play as or mid against a bot since as long as the enemy jungler ganks and takes first turret bot, will just rotate mid, throw 5 traps under your turret, forcing you to cs with your abilities under turret heavily draining your resources until you have to back and your mid turret will no longer remain. At least with or I'll cs them or escape but will still be able to poke them heavily when their ults are down due to their lack of burst and range and and 's early game isn't nearly as good as 's.

Reworking 's ultimate to something that gives a steroid of some sort while nerfing her basic abilities and passive (or maybe reworking those too) will gives a window of opportunity for burst champions to burst besides 's e cooldown.
