Bard Thresh Braum

If you guys are gonna play a support who's gonna take you to high ELO, would you choose Braum, Thresh, or Bard. If you have an idea, please comment and tell me why =_=! I was thinking about Bard and Thresh, but I got a dragonslayer Braum yesterday from a Hextech Chest.

I think Thresh is the safest option. He's a bit more versatile than Braum, and definitely more so than Bard.

how about bard vs braum?

That really depends on your playstyle. Bard is more range focused, and generally has to leave the lane to be relevant. Braum is a beefcake. If you prefer up-in-your-face action, go Braum. If you prefer roaming, and can trust your ADC not to self-destruct, go Bard.

maybe braum then

Thresh generally, although don't underestimate Braum. He's actually a lot more flexible than people think - decent lockdown if you weave his passive with his ult, decent bulk, decent poke as you level his Q, even mobility to help make up for positioning mistakes (Using minions to force engages in lane often catches people off guard since they don't expect Braums to play aggressively)

currently thresh because the other 2 are trash

bard is getting buffed, and braum's damage was nerfed 2 times in a row last season, braum is literally unbalanceable

this is what, bards 5th buff patch? bard will never be to strong apparently

he was pick/ban in season 6 end season with braum

braum got nerfed, as for bard he disappeared and his win rate dropped from 49% to 45% somehow, i used to ask bard nerfs to see more supports in competition

i guess he disappeared when people realised about karma zyra and malz

in competitive? because I follow bard stats frequently and I never saw his pick rate climb higher than 8% on average, there was a brief period where it was over 10 but it tanked his win rate when that happened

bard s7 struggle was the jungle changes making gankers even better and for mage supports being stronger lane bullies than him

yeah in competitive, he was the only pick with braum and when one of the 2 was banned nami was picked

then riot made a support patch, they nerfed braum they buffed leona sona(hahahaha) thresh(had 46% win rate) tahm kench lulu

idk if i'm forgetting someone

Braum is basically unplayable with Malzahar support in the meta right now.

Might I ask why Braum is unbalanceable?

Ahristocats2 votes

only speaking from his history

if you look at braum he received a streak of nerfs for nearly 1 year, then was buffed, then was nerfed again multiple time to end up where he is now

maybe in the future someone will manage to balance him and i could be wrong

braum. he's simple and you cant mess him up. thresh he's difficult so he's got more power in his kit.

bard : for the luls

Braum is great for teamfighting and babysitting but you need to use 2/3 spells to get any kill pressure. thresh is more of a multi tool but need more time to ramp up then braum. Bard is special and can do lots of good even if your team is behind and he does have more buffs incoming but is really unique among supports as he is encouraged to be everywhere. My personal choice is braum because he can tank so much for the team.
