Teemy not so creamy

Okay Riot, I get it. Developing and maintaining balance is really hard but is it too much to ask for the abilities to be so that everyone can enjoy a champ? With how you "smoothed" Teemo his abilities don't say anything, the values are not put it and are for example @QMinimumDamage@ for @QDuration@. Is it really that hard to playtest this stuff before you release a patch?

Still love you but how are new players gonna know anything about Teemo or if he's AP or AD without any good indication in the ability texts in game? I know there's recommended items but still, give the newer players some help.[sg-lulu]

There are issues with teemo. I've mained him since s3. This is not one of them. Teemo is not supposed to be a champ for everyone either.

Also none of the damage values were changed, either, so why would they mention them in the patch notes?
