(Lulu) Pix Damage and Athene's Unique Passive

Hi there!

I enjoy playing Lulu and have had a question about an item Athene's Unholy Grail.

Question 1: Athene's Unholy Grail has this UNIQUE passive:

UNIQUE: Gain 20% of the premitigation damage dealt to champions as Blood Charges, up to 100 - 250 (based on level). Healing or shielding another ally consumes charges to heal them, up to the original effect amount.

When Pix is on another champion by "Help, Pix!", is the Pix damage applyed to (included in) the "20% of the premitigation damage" ? If so, this unique may be more useful for Lulu.

Question 2: My understanding of this unique is that if Lulu's Glitterlance deals 200 damage at some AP, she needs to lunch it (and hit a champion) 5 times to gain 200 charge (=200 heal). Math: 20050.2 = 200 Is this correct?

Question 3: I'd like to hear your opinions about this item (Athene's Unholy Grail) on support Lulu (bot lane) in the current patch. Any comment is welcomed!
