Illaoi Nerfs when??

Why does Illaoi get to be a scaling lane bully with misleading if not outright broken hitboxes, who can harrass for free at range, has a Q that chunks your healthbar from a safe distance if you so much as consider approaching a wave under tower, a w that chunks your healthbar at all stages of the game if she has even a single tentacle nearby, and an e that lets her pretty much freely harrass you under tower, and does waaaaay too much damage, all three of which have something fucky with their hitboxes? I literally reported the guy for cheating because I refuse to believe that it's possible for Riot to have fucked up this badly?

EDIT: So the damage issues, in hindsight, are a result of her being stupidly far ahead. The reason she was so effectively able to get so stupidly far ahead is because her hitboxes are blatantly fucky and she landed multiple E's that she rather objectively just shouldn't have landed.

Everything Illaoi does is telegraphed, and she has no hard CC. Her tentacles show you where they will slam with more than enough of a delay to sidestep them. If she's standing where 2+ tentacles can reach her spot, she's looking for an E. Be ready for it.

Dodge the E. Buy an Executioner's Calling. Walk away when she ults. That's literally all you have to do. Illaoi punishes you for facerolling on the keyboard and trying to fight her without thinking.

There are hardly any other champions in the game that play as area focussed as Illaoi.

If you aren't slowed by the 2nd part of her E you can literally walk about of tentacle hitboxes. Her E is pretty easy to predict and is blocked by minions. Walk out of her ult and it's useless to her.

As long as you don't fight her where she wants you to be, which is pretty limited, she can't really hurt you.

Right, because the problem is that I wasn't fighting her right... Not that her hitboxes are fucky or anything? Or that her level 2 literally enabled her to perma-zone me off waves under my tower?? Nooooo, nothing like that, right?

She loses to range matchups and even with melee matchups as long as you are just playing safe and farming she wont snowball. If you are melee and always looking for a fight, you are her target.

Link is a 404 but her Hit boxes are fine considering that her E even tho is needle thin is blocked by minions a mile away from my target.

Most of the time when people get killed by a Tentacle is when Illaoi Ults and they have Test of Spirit debuf. The Tentacles Spawn animation is slower then the slam animation so you think you have time to move and its already coming down on you.

You dont know how many times I get a kill when they are at 20-30% and just ran away breaking the spirit (so they have the debuf) and I just ult in lane off screen from them. They go to kill a just spawned Tentacle and cant (because they cant be killed during her ult) and so cant react to the slam that is happening as the tentacle is spawning.

But Illaoi destroys kayle and prevents her from farming. An Illaoi player will harrass Kayle leaving her with little farm leaving Kayle to be useless.

All Kayle needs it sto stay back, farm under turret, wait for jungler and lategame I mean it's literally easiest thing to play against Illaoi because all you have to do is dodge and or run away of the zone I have good amount of experience playing both as and against. After enough gold comes first item and after second item the Kayle is just too op.

Lol, illaoi is like the 20th ranked top laner dude, loses to literally every ranged matchup + tryndamere and kled hard. Can barely duel mordekaiser when he misses his abilities and gets his ult cancelled. Champ can't even carry while hyper fed against any adc unless they have brain damage and stand in place like morons
