I have two suggestions for improving League of Legends:

Create a champions whose ult takes the form of another champ on their team, thereby possibly fooling the opponents.
To deal with the many AFKs in this game, create a "holding area" where people can go to wait to be entered into games already in progress where someone has gone AFK. Give the AFKer a certain amount of time to return before he or she is locked out and the sub can enter the game.

I like number 2 but it would HAVE to be a separate que it could NOT work automatically and you would HAVE to select say 3-5 champs you would like to play.

It would be difficult to implement but is a nice idea also, I think maybe MMR would need to be handled differently like these players "helping" the team with the afk is probably a loss (come in 4v5 usually is)

As for number 1 as a champ design it's cool but it would need to have say a 5s "window" where it "nullifies" and an enemies ultimate would me "absorbed" and the said new champ has a time limit to use it, the champ that had it stolen also has the CD halved
