Add Ult feature to Tab Menu

Not sure if this has been suggested before but it would be nice to see a small ultimate icon added next to each player's champion when you open the tab menu in game. With the new communication pings, I feel like it would make sense to implement this as a feature.

It would allow your teammates to keep track of when someone on the opposing side has used their ultimate - similar to the ability to note when they use their summoner spells

So in chat it would follow the same format: xtremeslain (Caitlyn) : Ezreal Heal xtremeslain (Caitlyn) : Ezreal Ultimate
