I might troll toxic teammates in the future because reasons

I have been playing this game for several seasons and after the addition of the honor system, I was consistently getting to honor level 3. This is nothing spectacular, but this and me never getting banned or chat restricted does indicate that, generally speaking, I am not a toxic player. Recently, however, I feel more and more like my brother, who's philosophy is to run it down or otherwise troll when his teammates are being toxic, in ranked btw. He feels as though effort he puts in his ranked games counts for nothing, and I think I started having the same mentality. If I am a somewhat experienced jungler and I get behind or my team gets behind based on many in-game factors but my team simplifies it down to "jg difference" and especially if it happens several games a day, I feel as though my effort and contribution to winning is severely undermined and frankly the motivation to play along toxic teammates is non-existent at that point. I know people love to preach how you should get better, carry harder, ignore, etc. but I am at the point where this seems to be too much trouble just for some lp points. From dodging to muting and babysitting - why should I take abuse from random people who aren't gonna get any punishment for being toxic? All i am saying is that I understand why people get salty and start inting in ranked games because these days I can relate to it.

Recently, in 9.15, I was playing Pantheon jg and our Vlad top dc. I tried to make plays bottom but it didn't work, mid was playing super safe and was virtually ungankable, so I was trying not to fall behind and farm up, then my team tells me " you arent doing anything go cover top". Long story short, I was blamed for having no kill participation even though I had 3 kills by that time as well as used my ult bot lane without much in return, not ganking mid, and no objectives taken. Idk how I was supposed to do anything when my team doesn't have priority or vision, bot was losing hard, Vlad is not in the game at all, and I am trying to hold Jax top back from taking our towers for free with Monster hunter debuff on me that diminishes my gold income from lane creeps. Then teammates didn't want to surrender in a 4 v 5 and overall it was a bad experience. Next time I might run it down or afk because I am done with this bs. I still enjoy playing with normal people, but I don't want toxic teammates to have any fun or any lp. If league has become that unfun because of toxicity and any satisfaction from playing or winning is taken away, why not make it satisfying and fun by other means like trolling people who deprive me of these things in the first place. I realized riot and some players try to make it seem that not giving up and trying your best when your team isn't just bad but also toxic is somehow supposed to feel rewarding and fun, but it just isn't.

Anyways, this is just me expressing frustration that has accumulated after dealing with toxic players over a long time. If you want to say something along the lines of mute, ignore, you're soft etc. you can keep it to yourself. If you ever decided to start or stop inting or otherwise griefing your teammates I would love to hear your stories and reasons why you started or stopped doing so. Thanks for reading

Edit: Idk how to change the category to rant so sorry about that

No, you don't get to dictate what responses you get. Don't make a thread in a public discussion forum then tell people how to respond. You get the answers you get

Personally I think you should stop getting triggered and exercise a sliver of self control. It's 2k19 and it seems you are still falling for the most obvious and basic of internet trolls instead of muting them. Instead, you are opting to pull some holier than thou bullshit like you inting is actually justified. No dude, you're just a worse troll than them.

That is the type of person I was talking about, the righteous and judgemental type. I wasn't telling what to say, I said you **can **keep it to yourself cause I already heard that. Edgy post, though, good job.

Im not righteous. I tell people to fuck off then mute them. Haven't gotten any restrictions in 7 years. Also, yes you did tell people not to say certain things. That's what the phrase keep it to yourself means. It means dont say it.

Lastly, is pretty funny hearing you call me edgy in a thread you created about you inting if someone is mean to you. You're so cool man. Taking your vigilante justice to those trolls. You're just like Batman!

Toxicity is irrelevant compared to gameplay. The problem with League (other than Riot itself) is that too many players do not have the mentality of playing to win. That is what ruins the game. Not people whining about random things that do not even matter.
