Bring back team builder.

Please bring back team builder Riot, I am tired of not being able to play what I want to play when I want to play it. Especially when it comes to a new champion that I spent my hard earned money on, with the current modes either you have to fight with someone for the lane or role you want or you wait forever in a draft queue just for the champion you want to get banned or picked by someone else.......it's stupid even If I had to wait longer in queues atleast with team builder I could play what champion and role I wanted when I wanted, not just hoping that I load in fast enough to call and pick them or hoping like hell the other team doesn't pick or ban them first. a few times my own team has banned champions I planned on playing........
