I think riot should change the matchmaking

As a league player for the past 3 years from all the experience i got i think you should change the matchmaking system beacuse many players who are gold or higher dont know how to play at all and you should do something for it.For example track down the players you constantly feeding or dont play good for their rank and match them with players of their same level
