Why not create an ingame VOIP

Seeing how communication is a vital part of the game and many players use VOIP services such as Razer Comms, Curse, Teamspeak, Skype etc, why not create an ingame voice chat system? mutable incase the player is a troll but this would be a huge benefit to the community IMO. As would an East Coast Server :D
