value of loot chest depending on S-/S/S+ ?

i had this question for a long time, will the chance of getting a more quality/worth of a chest loot be higher if i got a S+ than it would be if i got a S- ? (sorry for my english).

No. A chest will have the same odds of loot no matter what S rank you receive.

Is there a guide about what kind of loot you can get? Not very happy about finding Champion Shards so often :/
