Doesnt make sense to me for either of them. I understand why Fiora blocks his Q but not his Ult. Darius is strong enough without a heal on his Q specially since its his main harrass tool.

Gameplay over logic.
As of Patch 5.22, Garen's Q should be completely blocked by Fiora's Parry. His ult is just damage, so she blocks it like anything else.
Darius' heal is to help keep him alive in teamfights to get the second half of his passive off.
"I understand why Fiora blocks his Q but not his Ult." Why not? They are blocked for the exact same reason.
Darius had a heal stuck on him because he had problems among which were being a top laner who didn't have a way to sustain himself in the lane whether through shields or regen or whatever. It's a bandage fix, one of a few bandages for his issues.
you dont understand why she can block garens ult? shes a squishy character, she needs someone to survive fights, and as for logic wise, atleast within the league world, its because shes agile and can avoid it.
