programmer, you should quit your job

ranked game, pick champ, start game. then........ unable to connect to the server...it happens not everyday but quite often. i was always trying to reconnect to the games, but most fails, till game ends, see records, team got f**d hard because of me because of 4v5, make me feel bad ,"punish the afker because you afk", no matter what reason... those moments i say lots of bad words on you guys, i can't understand how could you let it happen so often. game crash happens often too. if you play ranked, and game crashed, and server won't let you reconnect, that feel, holy f* compare to other games, you are really doing a sht job, too many bugs. can you please quit, let some1 better handle the job... i wonder if this sht is only happens in OCE server...
