Ranked Rework

Don't you hate it when you're playing ranked and people afk? Especially when you're in a series? And the only consequence is the occasional time penalty(that can be avoided if you don't afk in succession) Well I propose harsher penalties and greater rewards for those dealing with afkers.

First, a mandatory 5 game 20 minute penalty for afking twice. Then if they do it again during this penalty they are suspended for 1 week. Afk again and they're suspended for 1 month. One more time and they are banned from the game. Profile and information deleted. Now I know this will piss anyone who's invested a lot of time and money into the game, so skins and other purchased items(with real money/RP) can be refunded or transferred to another account(via email linked email address. This will be done while also requiring the old profile information and also verifying the email address)

Second, even with this solution the other players are still disrupted. Whether getting helped by the carry on the other team afking or getting harmed by their own carry afking. And this changes the LP being distributed. So I propose that if a player on your team afks and you lose the game that your team will only lose half of the LP they would have had the person not afked. So what happens if you win that same game? Well you would get double LP. Also as an extra penalty for the afker they will be treated as if they lost the game and lose double the LP. Now if something happens like you lose connection and you reconnect then the penalties will be less severe. Like you won't get banned from the game, but will receive some type of penalty(maybe time penalties if they aren't repeat offenses)
