Why does devourer suck ass now and are there any plans to buff it before start of season?

Seriously Rito what did you do to devourer. 40 stacks=64 magic damage???? That is a death nerf. It is no longer worth it to build that enchantment so you might as well take it out of the game.

i'm glad, no longer will i see ww doing such hideous damage. in fact, sense the nerf i've only seen one ww so far.

it still gives 50% attack speed so it isnt all that bad.

It's a late game item for carry junglers to make them a bit harder to build against. It does it's job.
