Level gating runes

there are no runes... there is only a mock mastery system. they have chooses to call "runes". to try to steer people away from the fact that they deleted runes.

I don't even understand the point of it, same as "unlocking" your sums... When you're a new player and face someone one level over you and he has flash, it's fun.
