Built In Voice Chat, a Massive Move Forward For Improving The Overall Gameplay: Possibility?

Following along the lines of Riot's goal to eliminate trolling and toxicity in the League Community, what about some additions to help the non-trolls communicate more effectively with their team in ranked solo/duo queue?

Picture this: Anybody who has played xbox/playstation will know that most online games automatically integrate the players into a group voice chat upon entry to a lobby. If you queue up for a game on Call of Duty, once you join a team, you are automatically integrated into a group voice chat with your team mates to allow highly-effective communication amongst the team.

Now... what if Riot introduced this concept to League of Legends? Upon entering champion select the 5 players on your team will be automatically integrated into a group voice chat, to allow for more meaningful composition creation and planning during both the pre-game and during the game itself.

Now obviously there are some immediate concerns that come to mind. "What if I don't feel like talking, right now?" "What if there's someone trolling the voice chat?" "What if someone has loud music/loud background noise/etc" "What if I don't have a mic?"

I think these all have simple solutions. Just like in my xbox/playstation example, Riot would also need to implement a mute/unmute option for each individual player which could easily be integrated into the normal game menu that pops up when you press the "escape" key. Also - in the general game settings that are accessed from the client home page, Riot should implement a "enable team chat" setting that will allow you to join in on the group chat if you want, or to be left out of it if you don't feel like talking. Lastly, if you do not have a way to talk to your team - you could still be in the chat listening to the team. Which is infinitely better than no voice chatting at all!

Now personally I don't really know much at all about the coding/technology that would have to go into something like that, and therefore do not know how feasible this idea actually is. BUT I have a feeling that it wouldn't actually be too hard to do! :) I also think that this aligns perfectly with Riot's goal to create a more competitive, more teamwork oriented environment in the games, which is evidenced by their recent crackdowns on trolling and toxicity.

(P.S. Please don't bring up Curse Voice. Not everybody will download it. The system detailed above will make it to where every single person you play with has a chance to talk/listen as a team!)

Yup, let's make League more like Call of Duty's multiplayer experience. You definitely know what makes a game enjoyable.
