Question about Lucian builds...

just casually chillin while I wait for riot to fix their servers.. anyway..

I know that BorK got its attack speed reduced and its AD increased, but is this better for Lucian or worse for him? I have seen several people building BorK on Lucian and I know that his ult does not statistically scale with attack speed. Also, I figured that Lethality was one of the best ways to go for Lucian but anyone can just counter his Lethality with Ninja Tabi (except I'm low elo so nobody even pays attention to that). I don't even see anyone building him full lethality.

Overall, what's the best way to go for Lucian in terms of items?

His passive makes on-hits pretty good. Bork's on-hit got increased to be on par with recurve bow.

Bork is naturally insane on Lucian because of his passive. The problem for a long time has been that Lucian has no real need for the attack speed since it doesn't really fit into his kit. So the extra ad over attack speed is actually a very big positive change for Lucian.

As far as lethality goes, a large portion of Lucian's damage is in auto attacks via weaving in his passive in between spells, but the spells don't actually have alot of damage on them. W is magic damage, e does no damage. This makes him different from other ad casters like jhin or varus. It becomes more optimal to build on hit, cdr, mana buffs, and flat damage than lethality.
