"We're unable to log you in because you may be offline"

so i was logging back in to my account after restarting the league client because it was glitching and when i came back this i got this offline error so i went online and checked for an authentic solution and found a rioter's solution (the game flow patcher line delete) and it didn't seem to work i tried restarting after deleting the line but to no success. So i went on reddit and found a solution (the 23.36. something something solution and because i couldn't find the line in my "hosts" file i could not use the solution) and it didn't work either and no every solution on youtube or anywhere on the net is the same as the rioter's one. I need an updated solution to this asap im dying to get back to playing someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELPP!PP!P!P!P*[zombie-nunu-tears]*
