Ranked Placement Matches

So my friend was starting a smurf account hoping to get better than bronze in ranked, when he asked me a question about his provisional matches. He was wondering what the highest possible rank was to be placed in from winning all of your provisionals. In a video that I saw explaining how season 3 ranked worked, it said that you could only be placed in up to gold 5, but since this is season 5, I was wondering if that had changed. So basically, if you win all 10 placement matches for ranked, what rank would you be placed in?
