Trolls
I think trolls should be treated as 2nd class citizens and not part of the community. Id rather have someone that is toxic and trys hard then a troll that doesnt care and intentionally feeds.

The difficulty with this proposal is that every angry, fault-finding loser desperate to prove it wasn't their fault would then click the troll button.
Furthermore, there's a behavior pattern I like to call Loser's Insurance where in pre-game chat efforts are made to assign blame for game loss on one of the team before the game even begins.
