Riot, Please bring back the disable icons and sounds [REPOST]

Riot,

Please bring back the Summoner disable icons to the game. I find it really frustrating to look for the small text above my Health bar in a teamfight to see when I'm disabled if I can't catch my hero model. I don't think "Screen flash on loss of control" works too effectively since I don't seem to notice it.

But I recall before when these icons and their respective sound effects (particularly silence) were in use it was very easy to notice when you were CC'd instead of just having a small text above the Health bar that blends in with the usernames, especially for those of us with smaller screens or non-standard resolutions (I know some text looks a bit smaller on some monitors).

Someone mentioned it would be better to have this as an option, so you can choose whether to have the icons and sound effects or just the words. I agree with this and think it would be a fantastic idea, as an old player myself I could never get used to the small words especially on smaller screens in comparison to the older bigger text and icons and sounds. Honestly even just the sounds themselves make it so clear who got was kind of CC in a teamfight. It would be great if the developers could work on implementing this into the game as an option. I think it would help the folks with smaller screens out a bunch.
