Loss Forgiven

So, I just played a game, was doing just fine, no issues whatsoever, winning 4v5, then all of a sudden I have connection issues, frame rate skipping at 80 FPS, connection sitting about 60-100 which is norm, yet unplayable.

I quickly check everything on my speeds and running, nothing wrong. Internet, working perfectly fine, no lag there, no disconnects anywhere, yet I cannot get back into the game after trying to relaunch to fix League. The entire Launcher wont work now, I can't check history to see if it's a loss (Which I guarantee you it is since my team was then 3v5) and I was getting flamed because of something happening on Riots end.

I'm asking for a Loss forgiven for this, because it's quite clearly not on my end, yet on the end of Riot, seeing as how my Launcher is STILL not functioning properly with any information or friends list loading. I'm asking nicely to have this fixed, please.
