Can't uninstall League, and Hextech Repair Tool won't work
Hello, so I was playing League fine, and for a few weeks I have had the new client with the new log in screen etc. It was all working fine until today, so yesterday I was playing games fine, even up at 4 AM my time. But now I tried to get into a game, and I can't. It just doesn't load it, and gives me an error, and either retry or close. Then it gives me the option to reconnect, or it's a ghost game. So I can't do anything.
I have tried to change servers multiple times, change DNS settings, restart PC, tried to run as admin, did ipconfig commands on CMD, tried different accounts, tried to portforward and disable firewall, and I don't have an antivirus, and much more to no avail. I even tried to use Hextech Repair Tool, but it won't work with the new client. It just says "Wrong install path" because the client is named differently. It used to be "LeagueClient.exe" but now it's "RiotClientServices.exe" so even Hextech won't work. I even tried to reinstall Hextech. I tried to get into PBE, and it worked somehow, but then I decided enough is enough and wanted to reinstall the game. However, I can't uninstall the game, let alone re-install? I mean, there is no exe for that, and in control panel uninstall a program, there is no League of Legends to uninstall? I have even tried to use CCleaner to do this, but I can't find League, I found PBE but not normal League. What's going on? Can someone help me out here, do I just delete the folder and clean registry or what?
What's the issue with me not being able to connect when my internet works perfectly fine? No packet loss, no lag, and it's running smooth at 100mbits like usual. I also have fiber.
