How do I get better on this champ? Any advice really helps :D

So, the other day I was playing my main champ, cass, and I have noticed after about 100 games on her i'm just not getting any better. Any way to improve this? Willing to do almost anything.

You have a really high death count on her.

You should be keeping your own life as first priority. Don't risk going for CS or a kill if it's likely to get you killed. It's also likely you get ganked mid a lot, so vision is really important.
