plat 4 last season and now get stuck in gold 5

Last season I played Ryze only (if not banned) and climbed from silver 3 to plat 4 (and I felt i could get to plat 2 or 3, just didnt play much after I hit plat). And this season I have been playing the same style as last season, but get a much lower win rate (44% of 140 games as Ryze) than last season (59%). I really don't know what's wrong with this game.

I used to take "elo hell" as jokes because I climbed from the "hell" by myself, but I am feeling it in recent games. I am so desperate. Thinking about uninstalling twice, but still don't want to give up.

you probably arent plat material

damn no wonder i struggle getting back to gold if all the plats are right there at the cusp of silver/gold

Maybe you just have to adapt to the meta man? Maybe ryze was better in the meta of last season than the current one, so you're not having as much success.

I'm not really sure what to tell you, because there's people climbing still.

Okay, I think I know why now - didn't check the latest update notes - They recently nerfed W and E, and the latest Ryze win rate is 37% , 5% lower than 42%. They just won't let me climbing back as I play Ryze only. Fine, I'm done with this.
