Please reconsider master yi nerfs

Hey dear friends. New Master Yi nerfs will hurt mid yi so hard.

At first I should mention that you might think that mid yi is not viable because nobody plays it, but it is actually very strong under diamond, he beats any assassins with ease and fighter matchups are half easy and half scaling(you can't win early but after buying bilgewater cutlass you win) and mages depends, but you will not lose lanes to mages. as a general rule mages that do not have an immidiate stun are not that strong against mid yi, except champs like vlad or malzahar.

after his E damage nerfs ends up yi doing probably half of enemy health after any combo, against any champ, his Q increased damage on isolated targets will not impact lane because minions are there. his R buffs are two part: movement speed and attack speed. Without bilgewater cutlass you can not kill your opponet in mid lane after early levels, because lane is too short and they will go under tower and If they reach there they turn fight and kill you, with current movement speed yi can stick to target if you orbwalk currectly, but enemy will end up under his tower before you kill him. (1. you need slow enemy 2. he can stick to enemies with current R). Attack speed buffs are also not impactful because they are on his R, basically you have to kill enemies with your R or you have no lane presence at all (with E nerfs). It pushs yi to be a R champ, if you don't have R you can not do anything, also as I said you have to kill enemy before they go under their tower, as I know yi damage in different matchups, Im sure that reduced E damage (even if he get more AS) he can not kill enemies on time..

I did not consider top yi because atm he can not win tank matchups (they will simply cc you and run out of range) and fighter matchups are also all scale dependent(except renekton), and he doesn't have any escape or defensive mechanics, an easy food for junglers!

I hope that balance team will re-consider changes, I always believed that riot team have a creative mind and intelligent, I know that changes are on PBE and they mean nothing, but I just wanted to say you that this changes will make him invalid for mid lane. Thanks
