Sion's Q indicator is not accurate. you will get hit by it when you are outside the indicator. can we fix this please

This also happens with Swain's W and Urgot's Q. Would love if the hitboxes were fixed a little.

Can you grab replays for when you thought you were outside the indicator? Generally is people underestimating their champs hitbox.
