I Don't Know What To Do With Matchmaking Anymore.

I freely admit I am not the best player around, but I am thoroughly sick of Riots so called 'balanced' matchmaking. Every time I win one game, I immediately divebomb straight into a losing streak. Nothing I do ever seems to change that. One win for every four losses does not a fun game make. It just seems that whenever I do well, the rest of my team is about as useful as a shit sandwich. I just admittedly rage quit a game because one of my team mates snipped a comment about me feeding when I had literally the only kill for our team on the board at 15:00 minutes in. I am not asking to be carried, but is it really to much to ask that riot live up to it's promised advertisement that I will have teammates as good as me?
